Thank you for this!!! I may have missed it in the video, but for a cut how many calories do you aim for each day?
I throw about 1/2 cup frozen organic berries and 2 pyure stevia packets into a cup of Fage 5% yogurt. I can handle the tiny bit of carbs and sugar in berries but I cannot do the sugars and carbs in the pasta. That gets me craving more carbs and its hard to stop.

So Excited! Ive been weight lifting since January but haven't been serious on my diet. I just started counting my macros and calories last week thanks to your previous videos! Going to buy a guide now just so I can be a part of the Facebook group which will hopefully help keep me on track! :)

Thanks for posting this today! It got me super pumped for this Summer Slay :) I'm not accustom to eating greens, never had them when I was young so I have no taste for them now. Would you recommend adding powdered greens? I finished HG1 and working on GW6 at home (making some adjustments to my workout) Will there be a HG2 coming out soon??

Just watched this and then started your summer slay 2018 episode 3 and it’s so funny how much you have changed. Last summer you had eggs every morning now you hardly do and you said “I’m really starting to have a problem with how often I eat avocado” 😂 what really standard out was the quality of your videos so congrats on that

Love this video! Just wondering whether you track you calories and macros during the day? And when you go for a hike or have a glute day, how do you know how much more to eat but stay in a deficit?

Amy Hart I do track my macros! We have a cheat meal once or twice a week, I try to have my glute days on these cheat meal days. But when I’m tracking I never factor in calories burned!

you guys should try langostino tails!! perfect for low-fat, high protein, no carb! literally the better shrimp lol! also check out bison sirloin steaks at whole foods! macros are 3F 40P 0C for a 6 oz!!!!!!! Also, question-when you cook in bulk (for meat) do you prefer tracking raw or cooked version? Thanks!

Hey Marie could you go through how many calories you are cutting each week and the total amount of calories you aim to be cutting by the end of your cut!? A video of how you approach decreasing your calories and the time period you spend at each level would be awesome!! :)
Chickpea/Red lentil pasta is good and lower in carbs and higher in protein
What is your calorie count estimate on a cut?
Mari, would you ever consider creating an application that has the guides you buy on there and a system that allow you to track your goals and your progress? I’d be really interested in that! Love the guides btw!

Kate McGill, Hi! In the meantime you can open them in the “Books” app that comes pre-loaded on an iPhone (if you have one). I find this super helpful to flip through and glance at quickly when I’m at the gym. It also saves your page when you close the app so you don’t have to remember the exact day you’re on. Hope this helps a little! 🙂
