"Remove the Stigma around mental health" Yes! Thank you! I struggle with depression and anxiety so for you to be open about it is so comforting! Eating healthier and using your gym guide has been a HUGE help for my mental health :)
hi mari, i just wanted to say thank you for being so open and honest about mental health. i deal with anxiety and often the most difficult thing can be when i convince myself that i'm the only one who is struggling with staying mentally healthy. videos like this help me realize that everyone is dealing with their own issues and i'm not alone with it. thanks for being so brave!
I LOVE that you talk about yourBPD!!! I have suffered many of your same things you talk about and to hear it all makes me finally feel like I’m not alone. I talk about my own situation more openly now because I don’t want others to feel alone either or like it’s something they should hide and not deal with. So THANK you for as much as you do!!

Ugh I wish I had this kind of time!! So jealous you have time to hike in the mornings and can eat/work from home. Some days I feel like I go to work when it’s dark and get home when it’s dark haha.

Hey! I've just come across you on youtube, you are an inspiration to me, our late teen stories sound very similar, I also have BPD and I'm 5'11 too! Struggled with eating for several years now, just moved back to my parent's with my 1yo son, I've just started at the gym and trying to eat healthier too, I have a lot to learn and a long way to go but I'm glad I came across your channel, thank you so much! Also I'd love to hear more about how you struggle/ cope with BPD, I just stopped all my tablets about a month ago, so hoping to start feeling more 'myself' again soon 😊. Excited for my future. X

Really excited to try Bloom!!! I’ve had a very long and similar fitness journey to yours. It’s been a daily mental struggle, and i fall out for months at a time and kick butt months at a time, but I’m finally at a point where I have found a middle point. Going ALL IN at once always discouraged me, but I am finally in a healthy eating routine that has stuck! I’ll be getting my first bloom products soon, and I am excited for what you both are doing! Very inspired 🥰

I am so happy you share about your BPD, I am still too scared to talk about my BPD and so many close relatives who don't understand which has made me even more scared to talk about it. Feels amazing that such an amazing person like you is honest about this, it means so much to hear!

Hi there- I also have BPD, and the sad truth is most people without it (or mental health issues, in general) really won't understand the struggle. But that's ok. There are groups that you can join that you can share about your journey. Hope this helps, have a good day!
I'm really enjoying your videos. I don't follow a lot of fitness influencers because they are usually so unrelatable but I love your honest approach. I've gotten quite fit in the last year and I eat pretty well but I really want to focus on my diet now and I'm learning a lot from you and Greg. Thanks!

Hey Mari! I love your videos! They are so inspiring for me as I'm starting my weight loss journey. I was wondering if you could talk a bit about physique weight training for women? I've been trying to learn more about weight training, but most of what I have found is for men and focuses on training the male physique--or arms, chest and abs. Hi there- I also have BPD and wanted to clear some things up. BPD stands for Borderline Personality Disorder and though it kind of sounds similar, it is not Bipolar Disorder. They have different signs and symptoms as well as different treatments. Hope this helps, have a good day!

@@catherinem421 oh yeah I know they're different haha, I was just trying to say I feel like there's enough similarities between the two (high highs and low lows, although happening more or less often and for longer or shorter periods of time) that many of the methods one might use to overcome the obstacles that both illnesses present could be utilized by someone with either bpd or bd.

Mari I would LOVE if you could make a video about managing mental health and fitness! I struggle with depression and it's a HUGE reason why I also struggle with my weight. It sucks all my motivation to work out (even though that's when I need it most) and I end up drinking more and eating really unhealthy. Please Please Please share your story of how you've managed your mental health along your fitness journey!!!!!!

Hey guys I was wondering if you had any advice, I'm around your height I'm 6ft so pretty tall for a girl :) I've been trying to lose weight for quite a while, I have a few medical conditions. towards the beginning of losing weight I did lose weight fast, I lost around three stone in the first nine weeks and all together I've lost about four stone but now it's pretty slow since this overall journey has been over a year. All in all, I eat a realitively clean diet could be a little cleaner but it's not the worst(I've cut out a lot of sugars and carbs etc) I'm unable to do a lot of exercise due to problems with my neck and back but I can do some light ones. My question for you guys is, I've lost a lot of weight of my upper body chest, neck area so is there anyway for me to sort of stop it coming off there and make it come off my problem area which is my stomach. I'd really appreciate your advice, thanks guys x

I can tell you're still upset in the video and it makes me so sad. I'm sorry for what you went through!
