Cacao powder has something called theobromine. It's similar to caffeine but stays in your body for 10 hours....caffeine a few hours. So you should have it in the morning or early afternoon so it is gone from your body before bed or it can mess up your sleep. I found your channel from searching for bpd. Thanks for that video! Girl I just think your so freakin awesome, I workout for mental health as well when I stop I’m like a different person i don’t like. I really enjoyed this video how real and upfront you are about your journey. Talking about babies, I’ve been pregnant 7 times with 8 babies. And have 4 living. Pregnancies and becoming a momma can do a number on mental health, although it’s very worth it. Just remember who you are now and bring that with you into your motherhood when you get to that point, it’s easy to forget yourself and just worry about the kids. Don’t let that happen, there’s always a way to have balance. Your going to make great parents! Don’t worry about comparing yourself to others on Instagram, I do the same cause I still have weight on me from having my little Zoey, and it makes me feel like a failure at times, but I have to have balance with 4 kids. You are your own authentic self and we are all here for you! Not the way you look, your like a warm hug of confidence! motivating. Focused driven. Strong! That’s what I’m here for, that what I need to be surrounded by. It rubs off and I watch you to help drive myself. Thanks for just being you!

@@PursuitOfWellnessPodcast Just so you know you didn't hear this from me but working out after shmoking shweed is literally the best thing ever. Especially cardio! I know you use it to wind down, but it is the best to get you in the zone and feeling good right before stretching.
I would love to see you work out while pregnant! A year?! Ahhhh!!!! 😍 I’m currently 34 weeks pregnant and I have been slackkkkingggg in the exercise department. Lol. Would love to see you do things safely during pregnancy so I can incorporate it for next time!
Low fodmap diet helped me a lot with skin issues and overall inflammation. My brother was told to do this after he had a parasite and gut issues after having to take a lot of antibiotics to kill the parasite. The rest of the family started eating similarly so we wouldn’t have to cook so many different meals and have noticed benefits.
Love that you're so open about ouid use!!! I hate the stereotype that everyone who smokes is lazy. It helps me cope with anxiety after busy days and it seems like it does the same for you!
