    I feel like I must just be a fat ass glutton because that little bitty cup of yogurt with granola and fruit, a few keto chips, and one and a half of those little chicken enchiladas for an entire day could never keep me feeling satisfied. I eat more than that in a day and I make sure it's all keto and high protein with fats and y'all I STILL feel like I'm about to starve to damn death. I've been doing this keto thing since the end of February and I feel sooo hungry ALL the time!! 😢 I cant help but to think somethijng must be wrong with me, I'm evidently a greedy glutton because that right there looked like nearly no food at all to me.

    One thing I learned on keto is you have to get your fiber in to feel satisfied! I eat broccoli atleast for one meal every day and find different ways to get fiber in, mushrooms for example are high fiber low net carbs. I also take a fiber supplement in my water to make sure i stay satisfied

    When u are in ketosis you are not hungry …check your ketones …. Being fat adapted is crucial to being successful… keep going👍

    That is not enough food😢 I did the keto diet and I ate a lot❤ and I lost 35 lbs in 3 months. But the good thing was I never got hungry❤ you look fabulous you probably just don't have a big appetite like I do❤

    Every day is different. :) Some days I eat more than others. It just depends how hungry I am and also what I eat. Certain foods higher in protein and fat will sustain me longer.

    Every day is different for me. I also do intermittent fasting so I only eat two meals per day. My meals are high in protein and fat and sustain me.

    Guys cutting carbs is not the way to lose weight. It’s not carbs, it’s the bad fats like the trans fats and refined carbs you should be avoiding or limiting. Just as long as u burn it off, and you need carbs to convert energy into muscle so especially if ur doing kero u should not be doing fasting because ur body is burning muscle rather than fat and the more muscle mass u have, the faster ur metabolism so you are actually slowing down your metabolism and low blood sugar equals high cortisol which is leads to increased stress and inflammation
