    Sir please help me i am 13 yrs old and i started workout 3 months ago with resistance bands but from 2 days my area between elbow and bicep gap is paining and when i am doing bicep flexion when my forearms muscle are touching my bicep it is paining. Is it bicep tear ? Do i need to get a surgery or something ? I am really scared

    Give rest for 2 week if it's still paining go to doctor fast
