Even if the girl doesn't acquire any kind of trauma from the event, she'll have to live with the thought that she engaged in a relationship that put a man in jail, and Edp is gonna have to live with the constant reminder of a mistake he made 50 years ago. He'll struggle with finding a job, friends and staying with family for the rest of his life most likely
