I used to give advice to my friends & family a lot so that they can improve themselves but they didn't even cared, and I feel sometimes like why do I even try to help them out in the first place. I have a friend that I’ve known for years and it seems like he just doesn’t use his time too well even though he has aspirations to become successful in business, finances, etc. I give him advice and resources but he never seems to put it to use and just remains stagnant. Ig you sometimes have to just let people discover their own reasons to strive for the life they want to live. It can’t be forced onto someone

I can relate to this vid but not exactly in the sense of offering people "life improvements in the form of habits", but rather just trying to help my ex with borderline personality disorder live out a normal life. Instead I just ruined my mental health in the process while she would constantly go back to her old self destructive habits and hit one of the lowest points in my life when she just up and left without even telling me why. After the first few months after the breakup we stabilized and stayed in touch but I think it's time for me to let go and stop trying to fix something that's broken into a million pieces like she is. Just wanna say your videos have been a godsend because I found your channel during this dark period in my life and you've helped me appreciate life more and motivated me to do better. idk if you even have any advice about my situation lmao but just know your stuff has made a change
