    1. Diverse foods, colourful plate of foods of all kinds - fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, nuts, lean protein. 2. Remove or cut down refined/ white sugar, carbohydrates. Fruit sugar is okay but don’t overdo fruit intake. 3. Stay away from extreme diets. 4. Resistant Starch - Green bananas, potatoes (boiled then cooled), rice. 5. Yogurt, kimchi, sauerkraut, Kombucha. 6. Avoid foods with Artificial Sweeteners - Stevia is okay in small quantities. 7. Breastfeed for a min of 6 months. 8. Consume Oats but AVOID Quick Oats. Barley is good too. 9. Lean Protein - Fish is safest, chicken, reduce red meat. 10. Good quality dark chocolate. 11. Green tea. 12. Garlic, onions, broccoli, cauliflower. 13. Trishala. 14. Keep stress in check. 15. Avoid a sedentary lifestyle. Good luck! 😊❤️

For Faster result - Always Start with deworming to eliminate all bad things in your gut's - which also removes most of the good stuff. Then add natural pre and pro biotics - Yogurt water, buttermilk, rice water kanji.... Everything in balance / moderately - don't get addicted to sugary drinks, fatty foods, and Alcohol. Points from this video + my own points: 1. Diverse diet - boiled and clean raw foods. to supply very diverse gut microbes. 2. Stop sugar - mainly white sugar, and any sugar in its refined form. (which means little quantity of sugarcane juice or raw sugar is fine) 3. More fruit does not mean good health - try not to take it in juice form. 4. more coffee/ tea - big no. may be one or two cup early in the day may be ok. avoid adding honey to your drinks - because it is mostly adulterated or you are steeling someone's extreme hard work. few drops as a medicine in a day is ok. 5. Supplements can not replace natural food - as much possible try not to eat supplements, try to find natural alternatives. 6. Try to take millet's whole grain, nuts seeds, lentils, leafy vegetables. 7. w.r.t above points - try to convert seeds/millets/pulses in to sprouts. 8. eat potatoes - remember to eat in moderation. 9. another fantastic resistance starch is Green banana flour ( 1-2 spoon in a day) 10. rice kanchi - palaya soru kanji. most importantly for many it causes cold / cough. so, when taking kanji add pinch of salt and grated raw small onion- if possible nattu small onion. 11. Almonds and most nuts. 12. Yogurt - butter milk. if you have fat cholesterol issues then consume water added with few spoon of yogurt - highly diluted yogurt/butter milk. 13. Impaired insulin resistance due to artificial sugar /white sugar/ zero calorie drinks. 14. mom's after giving birth: Brest feed your kid minimum 6 months. (maximum how long you can. 3-4 years ?? seek your doctors advice) 15. eat mushroom 16. instant oats are useless. natural oats may be useful. but not required. use local grains like Rice, wheat, millets etc. 17. cut down red meat if you have gut problem, digestion problem. Fish is ok. (Fish curry ir fry without too much masala and spices) 18. Dark chocolate , chocolate drinks. 19. Good naturally made green tee. or if tea leaves are not naturally cultivated without much pesticides don't even touch tea in any form. 20. Onion, garlic, broccoli cauliflower, ... 21. triphala/ thirikadugam tablets or juice (buy the powder, boil it in water, let it become lukewarm, then drink it - not the Luke in this video 🙃) 22. taking antibiotics affects your gut health if you don't take probiotics after completing antibiotics or during. try to fix your common and frequent cold fever cough and other simple health issues at its early stage using home remedies if possible. so that you don't have to eat antibiotics often. keep your head clean and dry all the time to avoid cold cough. try not to apply hai oil or gels if you have such Issues often. 23. make sure to sleep well - doing exercise, mental Peace, not seeing gadgets Mobile phone TV screens after 7 and avoiding coffee tea in the second half of the day will help you to get better sleep. 24. stress affects your health, even hatred affects much more. simple yoga, breathing exercises, nature walk, most of the good hobbies and sports can help to overcome stress related issues. 25. Have faith in god , it is faster way to reach mental Peace - which ever the god it is. As I mentioned in previous point, don't have hatred to another god or people praying other god. don't force someone Into a religion. Praying god is to realise peace - as simple as that. 26. 2-3 pepper + small piece of ginger in any form once in a day (if you can handle this spice and you like it) - may be add them in your tea. Remember: anything you do without liking it adds stress to you. 27. Try not to harm/hate anyone - if it returns to you it adds stress and affects Your health. Hope it helps you and your family health. Best wishes.

However, for those of us who are vegetarian or vegan by choice or by culture, it is not possible to eliminate whole grains. Else, what would we eat?
