Can Hormonal Imbalances Be Reversed?

Hormone imbalance is mostly the reason why we have irregular sugar levels, belly fat, poor skin and hair, weight gain, mood swings, low sex drive, infertility, fatigue, and so many other issues. Hormones are chemical messengers that help two cells communicate, and when the communication is wrong, everything else can go wrong too. Watch this video to learn all about hormones and how lifestyle changes matter.

JUST LOVE! Putting lives back on track in natural healthy ways is what we really are part of nature. As humans, we can only take one thing or two or a limited few under observation to take control of but nature has a billion processes ongoing within our body. A holisitic lifesyle, inside out is what streamlines us with nature for a good life.

Dear Luke I'm 72 years old, always been crazy about fitness, my earliest fitness guru being Jane Fonda, and then yoga and then becamecso passionate about walking in the outdoors and now it's u, I wish I could speak to u personally cuz I listen to u everyday and u inspire me all the time.....I wake up at 4am everyday, do intermittent fasting, finish cooking for my son who goes to work and then I walk everyday for one hour. I just finished walking and am home writing to u.

Absolutely correct bang on when u said food color is added to roadside n restaurant foods. The jalebi is deep yellow or orange , the starters we eat at highly rated restaurants like Kung pao potatoes or crispy cauflower in Chinese or Thai sauces are highly colored red or brown , the gravy of any tomato based North Indian dishes of paneer like paneer Tikka etc are colored red or yellow . No doubt women end up having pcod or thyroid issues at young age.

Hi everyone, i hope someone might be able to answer this question for me. I have a spoon shaped body which mean i carry most of my weight in my legs/thighs. When i train and do lunges and squats i notice the size of my thighs become bigger by 1-2 inches and my pants get tight so i get scared and stop exercising my legs. What should i do to make my legs look smaller and not bigger? is this 1-2 inches increase could be inflamation or water retention or building muscles?pls answer my question if you can 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🌹💐

As a women in my 60's I know from experience how hormones rule our lives. So that brings me to a touchy topic. If the hormones get out of balance and can cause all manner of issues health wise can an imbalance not also cause gender disphoria? The feeling that one's physical appearance, male or female anatomy, does not fit with how they feel about themselves. Say a young male feels to be in the wrong body and feels feminine. Where and what test are avaliable for checking hormones? What type of Dr specializes in those tests? Thanks Luke. Wish there were more trained as you are.
