Hi Luke, I like your videos and have watched most of them. I am a pharmacist in Canada where diabetes is a huge problem with the immigrant population. I am also a certified diabetes educator and your videos are helping me in getting the message out to the South Asian population. Thank you.

Thank you , Luke !
Thanks so much for making & sharing this video. I can feel your concern & your passionate encouragement. I’m mostly on a plant based diet & without feeling deprived I lost 5 kgs after 4 months. I shall continue doing this & make it a lifestyle. Plant based diet is very effective.
Thank you. You are so helpful.
Can you suggest any supplement for copper and zinc?
I just wanna say thank you for this beautiful video.🌷🌷🌷❤️
Big thank you 🙏🏾
hi Luke, thanks for this. Diabetes is very debilitating and controlling. I like that you say a person can take control back and reverse diabetes. A friend had kidney function below 30, tried a plant based diet, lost weight and his kidney read went up to 40. Doctors said it must have been a miss read as the kidneys do not improve. He stopped his plant based diet and has returned to low kidney function. He did not believe his own results and went back to his old eating habits as he thought the plant based diet was just a temporary blip.
I was detected prediabetic 4 months back n by following just plant based diet n no medication showed my best Hba1c reading ever , it is so well effective .....Sir u r 100% percent correct....😊

Hi, just saw your video. A question.. if all parameters are absolutely fine, how can someone put on weight ? Can't question lifestyle as that too is correctly monitored. It's only the ESR which is on higher level. How to solve that. Diabetes history is there in my paternal family. So is it possible that though keeping everything under control I may still be in risk of getting diabetes. Yes the weight is there. Your video is very helpful for me thank you, to cut down my dad injecting himself with insulin as glucose levels are in 200s.
How do I contact you...Mr Luke
Would the eggs need to be eliminated too … to follow the plant based diet ..
I'm going to watch tomorrow falling asleep I'm tired.
