Yes, Gut Health is important and I've been studying this topic for a while and realized one thing: - We don't understand enough to make general recommendations. Fiber is one example: Most people (including myself) do very well on high-fiber diets but others don't and are better advised to go low-carb, as ketones can (to some extent) replace short-chain fatty acids. I acutally found that I do best on a low-carb diet with high fiber intake.

Another great informative and well explained video as always. For the congee you say use left-over white rice. I normally eat brown rice, as I have always been lead to believe that white rice is the enemy and should be avoided if you want to lose weight. Is brown rice as effective? If I eat the rice for breakfast with almond milk, is this a good combination?

I cant tolerate milk. I get insane amounts of inflammation if there is even a little amount of butter in my food. I hve problems loseing weight and I am allergic to certain drugs. I grew up on milk an cheese I used to always play in d mud growing up so I don't understand the insane amount of inflammation which is nw causing heart issues. I need help

Luke this is not universal you cannot give this advise to all I would love to follow your advise but i like 4% of the world’s population suffer from an autoimmune and auto inflammatory condition called Hidradenitis Suppurativa for which all fermented foods are a taboo so what should we do?
