been training for 15-16 years, it just for myself.. 10-12 years ago the word was, arc the back pull arms in 45 degress.. Lately I have gone bac to flat back and arms out 90 degress, and that gives an insane strech.. like the old bodybuilders did.

Heya Jonni, nuff respect for that video. That was quality mate lol, from the UK. I just wanted to ask if you think those mistakes were needed as I believe most if not all bodybuilders go through a period when the sets and reps are high, but as we get older we naturally have to pay more attention to the reps, sets and weight?

9:50 in this exercise on bench, i can see the bad shoulder side affects. Looking at the lats (i think) It seems that either your balance is off or compensation is happening. But i also notice this in the next exercise on a cable machine, still looking at the lat.

Man I wish I could bench press again. I tore two heads of my pec major fully on Christmas Eve and had surgery mid January. The most I can dumbbell press right now is with a 4 pound dumbbell lol

Hey Jonni, just wanna ask is Dr mikes way of training really optimal for all? Even naturals? This may be a stupid question/observation, but I found this guys KZread channel he’s got some type of degree in biomechanics not sure if he has a PhD like Mike has but he says everything Mike does is wrong. If you wanna see for yourself his KZread is Jonathon Warren he has multiple videos just sh*tting on Mike and his form
