This is why I only follow a few select KZread fitness experts, and not the mainstream ones. Valid points.

I pick a topic I need info on and watch like 4-5 different vids and read some forums to come to my own conclusion. Best way. DYOR

Its good to still check out the other ones just to be exposed to alternate takes and not stay in an echo chamber. Even if it’s wrong, it’s cool to challenge yourself in assessing why it’s wrong with it? Even I catch myself saying “That’s incorrect form.” But then realize I don’t know WHY or what’s wrong with it.

@@robmarsh918 I agree.
Jonnis a real one. Single handedly has helped me add all kinds of sets snd routines to my workouts and helped me with techniques and pace. Your awesome bro ! Much respect.
I know bro, your channel is insanely underrated lol if it means anything, you are appreciated and have helped many so far.
I follow Jonni, Dr. Mike, and Jeff Nippard. That's all the workout info you need.
When you have one or two channels you know you can trust it’s easy to skip all the other click baits. Thanks for keeping us well informed JS.
The eye rub got me… 😂😂😂😂
Guy kept saying "trainers" but meant people who train 😂

I would love to watch you train someone, especially someone that needs to lose weight or something like that. I think you are a great teacher
You saved my benching routine by teaching me how to stack the joints and now you’ve saved my squats. Yes, I was trained to emphasize the heels. Crazy thing was I focused on using my whole feet throughout college only to listen to some bozo later. Thanks again, Jonni!
Keep them coming sir, thank you 💪✨
Thanks again Jonni! Your advice is indispensable.
It sucks getting off that test. I'm trying to get on maybe a try program. But I have a lot of respect for you and I always tell people to check u out
You never disappoint Jonni. Love these videos!
Amazing show
This video right definitely explains in detail what excercises work on the body!! Bravo Jonni!!
My two cents about deadlifts: they are for people who want to get good at deadlifts. Even if strength is your goal, you don't need to do deadlifts unless you're competing in a powerlifting or strongman competition. The risk to reward ratio is just not worth it. It's a pretty good fat burning exercise if you're doing high volume sets with lower weight, though. But the same is true for squats and it's a better exercise.
Love you jonni
Make a video for medicine ball single hand push-up
Jon big thank you for your knowlage and the way you share it with us. Pozdrowienia z Polski

Only time I use clamps is bent over rows
I used to be a big time deadlifter. But I feel it takes way to much energy for reward you gain. Plus I noticed it made my hips wider

Have a great week TGIF!!!
Let's go!!!!!
hyper extend biggest mistake when doing deadlift most lifters do

Do you have a video on cable crossovers. I got a feeling I'm doing mine wrong.
Hey, tell Dr. Mike we’re still waiting on a video from him doing the Karen voice throughout the entire video! 🤣 That’s a challenge. 😂 I challenge you Mike!

Trainer is the person doing the exercise in these scenarios. Not what we would consider a personal trainer.

I'm pretty sure he's saying the word "trainers" so much to trigger trainers like you to give him clicks...
