Mate, loving your content - informative, elaborated, funny and breaking down complexities making it simple. Keep it up, love your energy and vibe! Been between different streamers throughout the years taking the best of what worked for me or just inspiring existing workouts. I like you've build most workouts as a mixture of the different styles you do when you workout, warmups, prep, workout + finisher. It makes a full routine so easy to follow, as it's hard to find it all and put it together. Some good abs add-ons would also be appreciated, if you could somehow add it to finisher? When that is said, where was the finisher? Much love, keep it going

Great video, my shoulders and arms sets were getting a little stagnant so gonna try this out! A question for you - how long a rest should I be taking in between sets? I've seen some people carry on after 45 - 60 seconds, whereas some other videos I've seen recommend to take up to 2 - 2.5 mins so as to not work the muscle anaerobically? If I want to build some size and strength, what would your take be?

Good vids and thank you for that. However regarding the Zottmann Curls isn't the idea to go slightly heavy with them so we can lift up with some body english and lower pronated as we can lower greater weights? doesn't been seated defeat that purpose?

Hi Obi, thanks for the workout and the video, great stuff always. What is your opinion on Whoop? I can see that you are wearing one. Is it worth it? From cardiovascular workouts (running, biking ect..) it seems to be really good, but during strength workouts like the gym is that any good? Thanks

I have used mine for 4 years now and love it! Its also great for monitoring your sleep and daily recovery so you know whats going on with your body! As i wear it 24/7 its been great to have continuous data! I always say try it for yourself as its a month to month and cancel if you don’t feel its worth it for you! Plus my link in description gives you a free month and device so you save money too and can test it out 🤙🏾

3:10 No chin-ups before starting bicep workout? Should one lift weights for any muscle without a little bodyweight push (pushups or chin-ups for say) 2. Performing the said excercise with such gap in between muscles is okay? For example - After a triceps workout you did rear delt(3 sets) and cable hammer curls(3 sets) by the time triceps will have more than maximum rest..
