1. Alternating cable Flys 4x 12 ( 4th set is a drop set 10x10x10x10)
2a : Incline Bench 4 x 12
2b: banded Chest press 4x 10
3: Dips 3 sets x 10 reps
4: Seated Machine chest press 4 x 10 (4th is a dropset, 10 x 10)
5: finisher: 10mins Emom - 15 push ups every minute!

You need to do a video on what you do in detail on how you get your muscle bellies so full. For me, that looks wayyy better than shredded niggas with lean muscles, but not that noticeable muslce bellies

OV, once again giving great practical advice on chest. When ever I do pushups I make sure to have yoga blocks under my hands so I can get that full stretch. If you ever wondered what the secret is to a big chest is the full stretch with a level of intensity that keeps you in the right rep range for hypertrophy. You need the stretch. Thank you for the great routine.

3 sets of pushups with a plate on your upper back at the end of the workout is good too for anyone that has a workout partner.

It is that knowing laugh after the “…have fun” on the 15 press-ups ENOM that kills it😂 One question, couldn’t really see, do you arch your back when doing the incline chest or keep back completely flat?

An arch is absolutely fine when doing any bench press… make sure however to keep shoulders down and DRIVE through your feet by pushing the floor down with your feet.

Because of tempo, the capacity to lift heavy drops! Shouldn’t that be a concern ? Or tempo is crucial than weight ?
Love your videos. I'm 63 years old and on low-carb diet due to diabetes. I've worked out since I was a teenager. As I have aged, I find that 'activating' my upper chest is becoming more and more difficult, hence I have lost a lot of size in my upper pecs. Any suggestions from you or this community?
