The unheard edition completley changed my opinion on BSG, they do not deserve your money and I regret defending them. Charging EOD players 100$ for a worse version of SPT is a move only motivated by greed. They couldve just added consmetics.....

I have about six different friends who'd love to play Tarkov but aren't good enough or competitive enough players to enjoy the PVP. If BSG dropped an actual official singleplayer mode, every one of them would put money down on the game *today*. Nikita is leaving money on the table but he's got his "vision" for what the game should be and nobody's allowed to enjoy it any other way. His loss, I suppose.

it is one of the reasons I dropped the live community. Almost all of them are sweats on different levels, in the end, if you don't play like they play, even though they are clearly not enjoying themselves, you are a complete loser, or how many of them say "incels".

Every media content creator really needs to understand that pirating is here to stay, and will only get better. If you want people to actually buy your game, make the game good, easily accessible, and optimized (aka, don't add Denuvo that makes it practically impossible for mid-level rigs to run your game), and provide regular updates, so people will WANT to buy it. Some folks will still pirate; they are a lost cause. But the more you try to crack down on it, the more people either pirate out of spite or just don't play at all because you pissed them off, because you basically end up becoming an antagonist to your own players and potential players.

I'm so glad I pirated Starfield when it came out, played that garbage for 5 hours before falling asleep and deleted it asap. Companies don't make demos anymore because they know their products are sub-par and most people wouldn't buy their shitty games after trying them out, so I feel 100% justified in pirating to test a game before buying it.

The fire support mod has been ported to the later versions. it's called "SAMSWAT'S FIRE SUPPORT - ARYS RELOADED"

I abandoned this game for this very reason. Thank you for the good news! I played from 0.8 up through inertia and gave up once arena was released. I loved the gunplay and realism, and playing with others was always fun, but I didn't like the direction. I whined about wanting single-player that mattered, and I finally have it now.

The true reason he is salty is that he is losing money. BSG's entire profits come from it being a live service game. SPT discourages account upgrades, which we know are P2W, and also helps people not satisfied with cheaters and the current community to keep playing Tarkov but without all the bs. Both things hurt a lot of BSG profits since they make a lot with the account versions scam and the rebuying of accounts of the cheater's community.

To be honest, I have played EFT, but after watching your video, I actually want to buy the game now. Edit: I bought EFT Standard and currently facing some problems with the launcher not sending me a verification code. Off to a good start i suppose.. Edit 2: I finally got the verification code. Edit 3: I have played tarkov for 2 days now. The beginning of insanity. Edit 4: I honestly don't get it why BSG bans people who play SPT, I literally bought their game JUST TO PLAY SPT!! Edit 5: I will prolly never play the original EFT, only SPT. Edit 6: I have moved on from EFT to Entropy Zero to Entropy Zero 2 (I 100% those games) Edit 7: Time to commit crimes in EFT again. Edit 8: I haven't played EFT in a long time. Edit 9: I opened EFT, checked safehouse, did nothing, left the game. Edit 10: I am now addicted to Helldivers 2. The sycle continues on another path.

Fun fact guys you don’t have to pirate the game for the mod if you have a friend who owns just download it with their account and you can both play spt coop together

as someone who writes code . reading about the way the client works you cant get banned for using it unless you load the bsg launcher by mistake there is no way they can know you are using spt so play away without fear just doo not! open the bsg launcher when you have your private server going that is tied to you. make sure spt is closed if you launch official. i know over 20 people who have been using both for alonggggg time wink wink

I know the title is supposed to be inflammatory and eye-catching, but I think its somewhat misleading; Been using SPT-Aki myself for years now and I've never had the banhammer come down on me from BSG. I think what's important to note here is, that SPT-Aki doesn't use the main installation of the game thats connected to BSGs Launcher and Battle Eye. Instead, you create a local copy on your PC, which the SPT-Aki launcher then uses to emulate a server on localhost that the game "connects" to. As far as my experience goes, if you do everything correctly, BSG is none the wiser Only exception I've seen so far is streaming SPT, or otherwise making content with it on the internet. Though even then, if you're small fry, you can prolly get away with it without being noticed by BSG

Uhhh.. no you wont get banned from playing SPT as long as you dont open live Tarkov and SPT at the same time, or live stream/uploading a video with SPT having the same user name as your live Tarkov name. SPT is **ENTIRELY** offline and BSG has no way of knowing youre playing SPT at all unless you do what i said above. I have been playing SPT for 4 years and i still have my account. I played it since 0.12.6 Regarding SPT Argument 1: you must have to buy the game in order to run SPT, SPT just converts live Tarkov into a singleplayer mod. Also, SPT Devs have tricks up their sleeves that will automatically error the mod if the game is pirated such as unable to launch the console or having issues running the game. So to play SPT, you must have a legit copy, as a matter of fact.. the **INSTALLER ** of SPT will request you to open live Tarkov once and confirm that your copy of Tarkov is legit before installing. Argument 2: The game is heavily against any sort of cheat development. But I don't think cheaters can have an easier way of making cheats in SPT than it already is from the live game. SPT has BattleEye turned off which means that although they may have the ability to cheat in SPT, the cheat used in SPT has a high chance of not working in the live game as the live Tarkov has anti-cheat implemented (Even tho many have already said how much of a garbage BattleEye is so I dont think SPT will make any different)

About your 2nd argument, SPT makes it easier to create cheats for EFT, If they're running on the same build and one works on SPT, there is no issue for it not to work on EFT too, just that the cheat could be detected and get you banned in a while, It does aid the creation of cheats, it does not aid bypassing their anticheats

SPT just show how easy is to cheat in the original game. Those mods are kind of cheats. I believe than if cheaters put them in the original game folder, it would work. Even with checksum check.

Mods work by editing files in the game folder (Unpacking, repacking files from the game) mostly or add plugin or additional files to the game (made on the same engine). Or they use a third party software. Cheating do the same.@@Springfield_M1903

Having a massive deja vu moment, I swear for the intro before the ad spot I remembered every single word said from a dream like a year or so ago

I started playing SPT after getting squad wipe by a 🐀 camping bridge V-ex extraction, when we almost extracted with Jaeger’s letter.

Great seeing one of my favourite youtubers talk about my fav game, just sad that you probably will get a strike. spt is a great addition to the tarkov experience and its sad that bsg hates it so much.

I love tarkov, but couldn't play it during deployment, so i played SPT while i was gone and loved it

I bought EoD a long time ago but never got into the game . Just recently got SPT after hearing about the pve mode which is what I always wanted . Especially to learn the game . spt is so amazing I finally have been able to get into tarkov . Starting with easy start and only having SAINs bots and loot value showing is all I have is so badass . I can learn and play just like the base game and know there are no cheaters

As far as I understand SPT won’t let you play the game unless you have a valid copy of base EFT installed on your computer so I don’t get argument 1? This doesn’t make it easier for people to pirate the game.

Theres also custom traders who can provide custom quests and progression as well.

i have a question, does getting banned from tarkov prevent you from getting updates or conitnuing to play SPT? because liek if i don't care about multiplayer tarkov it seems like the ban does not matter

I mean, been playing it this entire year and Im still not banned. From what I understand its impossible for you to get banned unless you extract the SPT files into the EFT folder. if you use their installer, its risk free I dont think you should worry about it

SPT i awesome I can play whenever i want, no time limit without wipe, no hackers and no sweats. I don't want waste my time to learn every mechanic, every peek and every mechanic I can just enjoy game

If the file name says "BepInEx" just copy it into the BepInEx folder on your spt file or just drag and drop the file into the root of your folder, not in any specific folder just your main spt folder. If the mod file has a folder called "src" go to the folder "user" then go to the "mods" folder and drop it there. If it says "dll" at the end of the file name just click on the BepInEx folder then go to the plugins folder and drop and drag them there.

So, I don't know much about Tarkov, but I do know it's infested with cheaters. So BSG taking down videos on game mods instead of actively fighting the cheaters is just beyond stupid

SPT devs have a info on the SPT Discord saying you need a Legally purchased copy as the installer looks for your installed EFT, i personally dont know of any way to get SPT without a legally purchased EFT. the only thing bad about SPT is as you mentioned the Cheat dev situation. SPT isnt a illegal product in any shape as nikita tries to call it the only guess for that is that one day he wants to make his own SPT and sell it for money, until then just play SPT on your own without streaming it or making videos in my opinion.

I would love to get EFT if they'd let me use my Outlook email to register. I'm not creating another email just for one game

Argument1 is bullshit, since you are required to own a legit copy of the game to play SPT, and that legit version must remain installed on your pc for SPT to function. People that are found bypassing that and using a illegal/pirated copy get banned of the SPT discord, therefore they do NOT aid in piracy, but are actively against it.
