The 10-Sec Meditation: A Challenge!

In this super brief video, you will be instructed on how to engage in a 10 second meditation. Truly, it is not how long the meditation is but how often we are not in the present moment. Research shows that frequent use of breath work/meditation and redirecting out attention to the present moment deactivate our sympathetic nervous system and thereby activating our parasympathetic system. Give it a try. The challenge really is can you do this 10 sec meditation every hour on the hour? Really? Wanna try it for 1 day? Oh-really-ok then! I challenge you to a
