I’m disabled at 47. Can barely leave my bed. Fighting for disability for over 2 years. While hearing about others that work and also receive disability. My diagnoses are rare , incurable, progressive and have no treatment. It causes horrific pain and a shortened life span. This was extremely hard to watch. How sad someone can do this. She should be locked up. Heartbreaking.

I was in the same boat until last Friday I had been fighting for almost 3 years and I'm blind as well as a chronic stomach condition (CVS) and I'm barely getting anything a per month 😢 and people like her out here lying

Had a friend that was hurt badly in a wreck & fell off of a tower helping a buddy. He was in bad shape & every Dr he went to in north Ga & Chattanooga areas all agreed that he was 100% physically disabled. The SSA saw it differently & turned him down for benefits on 4 or 5 occasions. His lawyer filed for disability benefits for a mental disability & it was approved on the 1st appearance in court. I would've never thought that would work but was there when it happened so...

Prayers for you. I understand how bad things can be. I was on disability for years (from 18 to around 30, and as soon as I could work I did despite it all!) I still have to use all my PTO for doctors and treatments.

@@kevinelrod323 wow that’s a crazy story. I heard that there was a person that filed for SSA for depression and mental issues and kept getting denied and wound up committing suicide so they changed the rules. ? It’s such a rigged system.

Purely disgusting and honestly depressingly sad behavior. HAVING ANOTHER GROWN ADULT CHANGE YOUR PADS when you are completely able to do so as a HEALTHY adult is an abuse of power and so damaging to the other party. What an inconsiderate and sad human.

I have been sick since I was 17. I keep things quiet for the most part and rarely trust others with what I am going through. I HATE people who lie and say they have any idea of what I have been through. This is horrifying.

Yep exactly. Frail thin and often times really bloated faces. A close friend and my ex bfs father looked almost identical in their frail, bloated, hairless appearance. It's just heartbreaking.

Not always. My mother had terminal brain cancer and gained a lot of weight from steroids they had her on and other medications. So it can be either way

At 12:30 when the other girl cuts her off, she gets angry. Watch her face drop and go super-cold and pissed. *shiver*

Frightening 😢😮

My mom died from cancer two years ago. She was diagnosed with stage four bile duct cancer and passed 5 weeks later. It was so hard seeing her body deteriorate so quickly. It was a horrible loss and I miss her everyday. The idea that someone would fake cancer is infuriating!

i love this show

Look I’m 27 year old ..and I have NO friends and now I’m a mom..so I get being alone, self conscious and just wanting a friend. But I would NEVER fake something this serious..to that extent. Because now where you may have just not been able to “click” with people, now they know what touve done and yeah they don’t wanna be around you now for sure .

Some people who need attention find any way to get it. Its sad. Just love your children and discipline with love!

I hope Sarah becomes worthy of trust. Such wasted potential. I hope her victims make peace with this and develop necessary discernment.

I wonder if somebody like that can be helped to change. She is obviously quite intelligent to fabricate the details of these stories and very self aware of her actions. She knew that this had the potential to hurt people but her need for attention trumped it. I do wonder if it’s something that can be helped at all

I've seen the whole episode. What she did was clearly wrong but unlike most people on Dr Phil, Sarah actually took responsibility for her behavior. She never denied it, she never tried to rationalize it away. She was in no way proud of the things she did. And she allowed herself to be confronted on national television while everyone piled on. She needs help and I hope she gets it. I hope she is able to find d her better self and have a healthy, happy life.

The fact she understands what taking accountability is and looks like shows me either she is either a) truly sorry or b) very smart and manipulative and knew at grass roots everything she did and said was beyond wrong but she did it anyway. If it is B then God have mercy on her soul.

That doesn’t mean that these people have to forgive her. She took up a big chunk of their life that was unnecessary. It’s fine to make mistakes. But don’t expect people to give you grace for it. Not everybody’s going to do that.

I have gastric cancer stage 4 with mets. I have put on 20kgs since chemo,due to steroids.. Point im making,fat,frail or thin...dont con people!!
