These payday loans take advantage of low income people and people with bad credit. Such high interest that govt in canada calls them loansharks as they mostly loan to people on welfare and disability. Then they get stuck in the loan only paying interest. And she never had any intention of paying it back. She used him then was planning bankruptcy. My ex used me to get him these loans as he has a gambling addiction. He was abusive so i did it. He stuck me for them and im on disability. He stole everything i owned, cleaned out my house even clothes after breaking in repeatedly. Then laughed and said "gotcha" . Catching it on home security cameras and other security cameras didnt matter. Police just said move. Legal clinic was going to help me in small claims court then backed out when he called and charmed them. Narcissists, abusers, users win.

100% disagree with Judge Judy on the lawsuit where the guy is suing for crashing into his house! He absolutely should NOT have to go through his home owners insurance (it’s a claim against him and can ultimately be held against him!) this is the first time I have so strongly disagreed with Judy !!! Just WOW !

It's not fair that plaintiff was on the hook for cost to repair his fence; however, JJ couldn't find the defendant guilty, either, as she was the victim of a hit-and-run. The plaintiff was, I think, so confident of being victorious that he didn't bother to bring a very important piece of evidence - the denial letter.

JJ said many times that she was friends with Byrd and his wife!! What happen to friendship? She only cares about herself and her family! Same as stating that she has 5 kids…she only had 2, the husband had 3 with ex-wife, who died in 2013. Well, no my business, but pretends she is all that!! When Sr. Byrd called Judge Judy about the possibility of being in the new show. She indicated that his current salary was a bit high. He responded that he was never given the opportunity to negotiate. I believe Judge Judy bringing in 2 additional people is very unfair. And I believe it is to advertise her granddaughter for future opportunities, which is also unfair. Three people vs. One on camera doesn't call a fair choice.
