I work hotel maintenance and we have these type of valves. They leak we replace them. Thanks Steve for the video

Man just replaced the Symmon's TA-10 with after market spindle should got the Symmon's and paid extra money. Had to use old one spindle was clicking tho just change out the washers. next got get the 3/4 Extractor tool to remove the front seat but no leaks so far yeah! Thanks for the video Steve. PS what the plumper, say to doctor, I think my pipes are clogged lol!

Good job on the video and the "f" word was necessary because if that seat would have stripped it would have been horrible! Real video for real people from a pro thanks for sharing the skills and knowledge you have!!!

I hardly ever see those Symmons except in hospital or nursing home. But I did just order that 4 way tool.
