I fail to understand why everyone is so upset. Sure the title is misleading and I was little frustrated at that, but keep in mind there is only so much a person can put into a video this short. I've just started Tai Chi and what she's said is exactly how I feel about it. In just one class of Tai Chi, I really felt a difference; I've never felt relaxed before nor in tune with my body so to those of you who doubt it, Tai Chi is real. Also, those moves she does are indeed real Tai Chi moves.
This looks like it could be a fun DVD to watch. Thanks for sharing your story. :)
"Tai Chi compliments every lifestyle" HA HA GOOD ONE
This is so great!
i wanna find my chi and see my true strenth and to relax
this stuff really works
tb- thai chi
Very misleading title! I was looking for some instruction on tai chi!
Finally, it's spelled "Tai Chi" not "Taiji". I don't know why, but that just really frustrates me when someone spells an art form wrong. Yes, Tai Chi is an art, and yes Tai Chi is awesome.
where is the "step by step" thing in the title.. i dont see any training move to learn btw tai chi rules
but its just the trailer! The welcoming chapter on the practising dvd. Only because shes beautiful and practices in an inspiring landscape, you are angry with her. Ok, i mean: its very anoying, if somebody is just attractive and does just shit and everybody shouts "bravo". But don't be unfair to those who are appealing by their shell and nevertheles provide quality in their doings! Please don't be so angry and negative and shorttempered, before you saw the whole Dvd "tai chi step-by-step".
It's not the worst video about Tai Chi, just one of the worst.
The title is misleading -no step by step tai chi here; just a lot of self adulation and frantic camera work. Looks like a shampoo commercial. Your lack of spontaneity and obvious effort to look cool is painful...
ugly movement, I don't think what they do is Taiji
