    Your Tai Chi videos are excellent - so clear, so beautiful, and have just the right amount of challenge for beginners - not easy, but quite easy to achieve with a bit of practice! Though I'm sure getting them entirely right will take a lot longer!

    Thank you so much for your kind words about my Tai Chi videos! 😊 I'm glad to hear that they're clear, beautiful, and challenging for beginners, but not impossible with practice. Trust me, I've been practicing for years and I'm still learning too! 😅 But don't worry, as long as you keep training and stay dedicated, you'll get there in no time! Remember, the journey is just as important as the destination, and the most important thing is to keep moving forward. 💪 So keep practicing, keep pushing yourself, and don't let anyone bully you! In Tai Chi, my philosophy reigns supreme. 🧘‍♂️ Situational awareness is vital, akin to a calm lake reflecting its surroundings. It's here that we embrace two WuDe virtues: Patience 🕰️ - in the art's intricate movements, and Humility 🙇‍♂️ - as we learn from nature. Imagine a 28-Day Tai Chi Immersion Program, where you'll cultivate these virtues and enhance your awareness. Discover it at www.taichimaster.net , a journey that unfolds like the gentlest breeze, yet with profound impact. Engage with us and unlock your inner harmony. 🌿🌊

    Is it best to do tai chi before breakfast or does it not matter

  • @masterwong101

    @masterwong101

    3 ай бұрын

    In my experience, the timing of your Tai Chi practice can indeed influence your energy levels throughout the day. Doing it before breakfast can help set a calm and focused tone for the day ahead. However, it's equally important to listen to your body and find what works best for you. The key is consistency and finding a routine that aligns with your lifestyle and goals. Remember, "The way you do anything is the way you do everything."

    @@masterwong101 I guess I wasn't clear enough with my question. Do the movements begin with a step to the right or to the left? In the video, you are stepping to my right (blue side). Do I step to my right to mirror your movement or do I step to your left? It's easier to mirror your movements as seen on the screen instead of translating your movements to match what's supposed to happen.

Learning tai chi can be challenging, but it's all about taking it one step at a time. 🥋👍 Try breaking down the movements into smaller parts and gradually increasing the speed as you get more comfortable. And remember, it's not about being perfect, it's about progress! 💪 So keep at it and you'll get there.
