In Indonesia, we have a similar breathing techniques as QiGong, used by Silat practitioners . "Vibravision" (getaran) is an aspect of Silat Merpati Putih training that focuses on the develeopment of heightened senses and intuition to the point where a Silat practitioner can effectively perceive their surroundings without the use of their eyesight. . This technique allows Silat practitioners to sense the sub-atomic vibrations of their surroundings and to differentiate between these vibrations. Silat practitioners can differentiate between the different energies and perceive the weight, volume, velocity, color, shape, and substance of any object. . A lot of training on the Tai Chi doesn't require a training partner, but when you come to do training for the combat side you can work with a friend. Our training course has lessons for individual training and applications which would require a partner. Cheque out the course on Udemy.
