Really appreciate these videos! I've been enjoying doing these workouts before school in the mornings, I feel like a changed person! I did find having music in the background a little distracting.

Hi Robin! I'm in your Sisterhood and let the day get away from me without spending time to exercise. I was wasting so much on Facebook therefore I am going to delete Facebook so won't be able to see you or anyone there anymore. Facebook can be a time stealer if you let it. Well, after getting a few things done on the 2nd part of my day, I found this workout and loved it!! However; it was very difficult for me to do 2 different sets of leg lifts (extension) but I hung in and should have just stopped when I felt I needed to. I am so glad I found this standing barre with weights and I am hoping to see more in the future. Thank you for helping all us!! GOD Bless you and your family and @Thebalancedlifepilateswithrobinlong team!! Love, jill/jillie, 59 with Rheumatic Diseases and Auto Immune (stating incase of anyone else here is fighting the same, daily).
