"Tight" hamstrings are a common condition in today's society, mostly because we spend so much of the day in a seated position. The good news is, it doesn't have to be this way!
Basic hamstring stretches rarely help, but you can improve your hamstring flexibility and overall mobility with the help of Pilates. What makes Pilates different? It takes your WHOLE body into account.
