Used this as a booster/burnout in a stack I did, with a bit of jump rope and a bit of stability ball work. Really felt this in the back of the legs and glutes, as intended. Thank u!

Thumbs up and subscribed. I liked variations, background, and that you named the positions. Mainly though I like the fact that it was very thorough with instructions for breathing and the form which a lot of creators don't do. Thx
