    Thank you. Will begin your program as my rehab after hip surgery. Cleared to exercise and was recommended to do pilates. Liked your class. Definitely a beginner.

    These exercises are isometric? because I have very bad osteoarthritis and my doctor said to me only exercises isometric.thank you!❤
