After years of skateboarding and surfing injuries, I came to accept certain limitations from my legs. After 3 months of adding these exercises just 2x a week, I gained back mobility and strength that I thought impossible.
Even my low back mobility has significantly improved with these exercises.

This routine is from Ben Patrick (Knees Over Toes Guy). It's in his Knee Ability Zero book. I've been doing this exact routine for a couple months and have received AMAZING benefits from it. It has also improved my hip mobility and flexibility. Thanks for making a video with this Tim. I love the versatility of this channel!

I have knee pain from wearing them out because of excessive running. I have to do knee strengthening exercises and found yours to actually feel like Im strengthening my knees because I feel a burn and effort while doing them. Also I don’t like gyms and prefer yoga so these are perfect!! Thank you so much

I have an old knee injury from having a mosh pit slam me knee into the corner of a stage some ten plus years ago. My old doc never took it seriously and now some issues tend to flare up, and with more frequency as I'm aging. I'm familiar with this concept. Thanks, Tim, for putting this information out there in an easily accessible way. I'll definitely be implementing this into my weekly routine.

New here,, so focus on the details,, I just wanna learn more techniques to improve my knee flexibility,, so determine to follow your guide , hence subscribed,, definitely follow this often,, also I just wanna make clear on something if these exercises suits someone with patella injury,she had accident quite sometime and her patella a got smashed,, she had surgery though,, but it wasn’t as normal,ever since, and it seems losing the strength of her muscles,, wonder if these exercises helps to strengthen those muscles,, appreciate so much a response,, may you continue posting more videos,, it’s really a big help❤
This came at the right time, when I am into the heavy fall gardening plus doing long distance cycles - I feel like I have taken a bullet to the knees - these exercises are very important. Thank you Tim! 🙂

Your method seems to be a better starting point than some other vids that I have studied. I am 72 M and super fit but i cant squat for my butt to touch the ground. I do 1000kms per month cycling, planks and push ups five times per week . I will start your exercises and let you know in one month any benefits then I will try to do deep squats after one month. Again , quietly explained by you and easy to understand for those of us who have never done yoga in the past seventy years. Thank you so much .

Thank you, I enjoyed it a lot. I had a few Knee sprains in the past and then obesity and weight loss, so I know that I must care for them a lot now, as well as all the other leg joints, so this little sequence is a jewel✨. Thank you very much for the lesson ✨🙏

I did only the first 3 exercises at the end of a long day. And just that felt amazing I will definitely be adding this to my routine 2 times a week. Now if I can get my husband who has bad knees to try this.

Thanks - Awesome video, I have just done it and I can see it’s going to be very helpful. About 4 weeks ago I hurt my knee on a long 3 day hike, and even though it’s not sore any more, I can feel it’s a lot weaker than the other knee. So time to get moving and get this knee back to its baseline 💪

I had been doing this class a couple of times a week for the last few months ahead of the London Marathon last weekend as I have a history of some minor knee niggles (but still really wanted to do the damn marathon!) A couple of days after the event and I'm so delighted to report that my knees felt absolutely great throughout. Thank you Tim, for this brilliant class and the channel overall, love it!

I'm a 62 year old woman with significant arthritis in my knees. When I do these exercises I feel and hear a lot of grinding. Is this something to work through if it's not very painful? Or a sign to stop? I'm worried about injuring myself....

Thanks Lisa! Elbows can be tricky. I like brachiating for the elbows (practicing the dead hang) I’ve found that helpful. Wrist mobility helps too.
Thank you Tim … definitely need to do this over & over like you said. I injured me knee a couple of years ago doing CrossFit, never been the same. My goal recover %100 & get back into yoga !

Nobody asked me so excuse me butting in, but PLEASE look into knee yoga injuries before getting back into it because yoga can be really dangerous for joints

Thabk you! Great & simple video! Keep it up =) I'm an Aerialist & new into personal training, so I get to do all the experimenting on myself. My knee joints & hips have recently started bothering me, but I do a lot of intense tricks & poses that have quite a demand on my body so I'm always trying to learn new ways to sustain & accel despite being 38!!

I’ve been doing the feet exercises, just 12 reps 3 times a week. The back foot press feels like it’s strengthening. When I do the wall work I can feel some crunching noises from my knees, it’s not painful it’s just the noise sounds … well not great . Will that ease over time Thank you
