    This is great, Robin. I’m in a giant park waiting for my son to finish Criss Country and I don’t want to sit down on the ground at all. I’m also going to be in hotels for several weeks - same thing . I love this quick but mighty workout, and like your other workouts, I’ll be doing this all the time.❤️Thank you!!!

    I really loved this workout. It focuses on balance and leg work but there's also some ab work and even arm work! I will definitely be coming back to this one during my upcoming trip
