some feel intimidated by seeing this and i completely understand, but this is actually an experience your soul yearns for. dancing to drum music, screaming and releasing stuck emotions and energies, being in a social environment of ppl who have the same or similar intentions as you and stepping out of your comfort zones together and just have a great time while growing out of your box

I’ve done the Wim hoff method breathing and cold showers for years. The only thing I’ve paid is, less money on hot water.
