@@mr.broski2427 It's not unusual to perform worse the day after you made a progress. The muscles need to recover in order to grow stronger. What i'm more concerned about is the lack of significant progress, but i think it has to do with him doing only one series everyday. This would be more effective with 3 series done every two days.

I'm enjoying the breathing method and attempting the cold showers to see if it helps with this depressive rut I've been feeling. Thanks Wim! I'm going to keep working and hope to go deeper and find the inner peace I'm seeking. Take care and stay well - Canada eh.

My average was 15 to 20. I just got the fundamentals course after completing the 10 Weeks course. This morning I held my breath for 3 minutes and 50 seconds, did 37 push-ups, and my body temperature was 1 tenth of a degree higher after my cold shower than it was before the shower! By the way, I am 10 years older than Wim. In my opinion, you have given a great gift to the world. The only thing that may be better than Wim in this world, may be the redemption Jesus offers in the next. From the heart,Wim, this shit works!

Luke Mayer Make sure you’re not exhaling completely. When you start to feel some pressure, then let out a little at a time. Don’t inhale until your diaphragm starts bouncing a little. Don’t force it, but wait until you really need a breath. I also hold the inhale awhile longer. I also let my breathing get back to almost normal again before starting the next round. Hope that helps.

Just did it, from 10 to 20. I had the feeling I could have squeezed a few more, but double is good. Really surprised me how easy this went. Thanks Wim!

I couldn't do more than two, yet the first one was so incredibly clean and smooth it felt effortless, plus the sensation after the breathing was like none other.

Try this...everytime he says "relax" i pound a Labatt's Max Ice. I'm sure Wim is right when he talks about the benefits of cold showers and sitting in ice-baths and all, but think about it.....does rubbing aspirin on your head make your headache go away??? Of course not fool. You have to get it inside of you. So.........if sitting in ice can be good for you, how much better must it be to cool yourself FROM THE INSIDE. And thats the secret behind pounding Labatt's Max Ice it works from the inside. Plus, it doesn't make your hair fall out and get real stringy like cat piss. And it doesn't give you bags under your eyes or cause your beard to go prematurely gray. Try it with pizza. No, no, no.......hot fresh pizza. Pizza that has been sitting in the fridge for a day or two so its nice and.....thats right......cold.

I used to hold my breath and do 3 sets of 25 push ups each. It was just the natural way for me ever since I started working out. But then I read somewhere that holding breath is not the right technique and one should breath in and out during every single push up. It took me a week to change my natural way and I could hardly do 2 sets. Watching this... I was right. The natural way is to hold breath. I am so glad to get back to my old routine.
