Simple inside boxing tip | Speed low, power high

Inside boxing can get complicated, especially for beginner boxers. It's good to have some 'go to' insiide boxing combos ready to deploy. When you hit the body there will often be openings to the head, and when you hit the head there will often be openings to the body. Go for speed low (to being the hands down) and then drive power with the final hook to the head. A nice inside boxing combo.

I like it the opposite way 4 taps up high then end the fight with a left hook to the body.
Iron Mike was deadly with speedy body shots & uppercuts then finished his opponent’s with ripping their heads off.

Yeah homie, but as U say, Iron Mike. 99.9999999% of us, the mortals, we won’t reach 5% of Iron Mike skills. Therefore, this is a great tip for us
