Yeah, Coach Anthony when I first started watching your videos, I had a sneaking suspicion that I was boxing south paw but was yet right handed. You opened up my left hand, and now my posture is right. It didn't feel comfortable leading with my left when I was ignorant, but when you instructed me on it, it became natural.

So in the first video like a month ago we used the step back before the punch and now just shoulder push , 3 punches and the last one with back step. I really ike this way of fighting in the inside, I don´t need to be that fast as if I stand frontal. Happy birthday coach ! Stay safe.

God Bless and may you have many more to come 🙏🏾💪🏾👊🏾🥊🥊🥊💯 I'd really like to get my 6 yr old on one of your zoom sessions, but I got him watching all your clips for now just trying to get the basics tight and a solid foundation (stance, footwork, defense, and jabs). I'm stationed out in Okinawa Japan right now so there's a 13 hour time difference but we'll be back in the states June 2021. We're originally from Maryland but regardless of where we get stationed next ( either Cali or Virginia) I'd love to bring him to your gym to train with you for at least a month in the summer if we can set something like that up. My brother and I are in amateur, he has 2 fights and have 1, he's 19, and Im 24 years old, due to the corona virus we train together and we become the coach of each other, being amateur means we have to keep our hands up all the time, but i notice a lot that my brother feels a lot better when he uses the shoulder roll, and sometimes myself too, my question is do we keep the tradicional stance or should we train in that style that we feel better at fighting?

After the kickback slide should we push him back with our elbows the whole time like a shield seen a few pros do it that way i feel it is a way to get them opening up for the shot? So after the hook frame with the right as you kickback slide and bam

I did a session with Coach and he had me shadow box and gave me tips on what I was doing wrong. I realized I was doing a lot of things wrong and now I'm back to working on my jab.

close soon, after view days in our country we will start fasting month, i don't no what will happen about places being close because of corona virus, i will have to train also but i don't know how it's will go, china health things because of unnecessary human doing things with animal not suppose to be like someone swim in sea where shark there and not the place he swim he should swim in a pool, thank you coach anthony
