Awesome trip we had to Australia this past week! Here is a shoulder training session we did with the contest winners from NXT-GEN NUTRITION! Great information here on shoulder technique. I go a bit more in depth with tutorials instead of the overall intensity of the workout. Get out your notebooks!

    What we're seeing here ladies and gentlemen is a true professional. Even at a facility where they listen to cats being murdered as music, this man is able to conduct himself exquisitely and train his clients while teaching a growing KZread audience! Truly amazing!

    AWESOME GYM!! Had tons of equipment. Music was difficult to deal with to say the least 😂😂 I would train there no doubt just need the headphones....everytime!

    I worked my delts using Seth's tips and I was so sore the next day in a good way! Best I ever felt working deltoids! He knows his shit! He has a fan for life!

    @Thor Odinson if you dont ever feel a pump in the targeted muscle, you obviously dont get the wanted one/ones! pump is a perfect indicator wheter you train the right muscle or not, thats a fact! ofc you dont have to have to weirdest leg pump after squats - but thats a compound movement. with pretty much isolated movements, there should definitely be a pump after a high rep set. i get a pump in my delts after literally the first 5 reps, if im catching them perfectly

    1. Used Seth's tips on shoulders today. It is amazing how simple tips and common sense go a long way. By changing the technique using Seth's tips/methods I have never experienced a pump like this before. Every fiber was firing! 2.     Just completed a shoulder session using the methods taught in this video. Following my shoulder surgery last year i never thought i would get a full pump again. Until today that it. As an ex PT with oner 15 years experience i though i had every tweak in the book. Thank you Seth for giving me hope that i can rebuild what i lost physically. Top man.
