Warm-Up - Incline Machine Presses
- 4x10-12
- Move some blood and loosen up, pyramid up in weight
We are targeting incline presses early to get the upper chest firing. This will put emphasis on the upper chest for the rest of the workout! Building the upper chest to have that shelf like look, and helps add that thickness to the outer swoop!
1. Incline Smith Machine Presses
- 3 Warm-Up Sets
- 7x7-9
2. Flat Dumbbell Flys
- 2 Warm-ups
- 2 Work Sets to absolute failure
3. Hammer Strength Chest Press
- 4x10-12
- Pyramid up in weight
4. Pec Deck
- 4x10-12
- Pyramid up in weight
- Finish Strong!

Try it for a month & i promise youll never go back. Your thought process changes completely & things fall into place like never before. Alcohol kills your training progress. Lite w a warm-up, 2 pump sets, 1 more to failure, hard w slow AF, start w incline, hug the tree in the DB flys to avoid tearing, my incline was too high good tip, sculpt not size, mindful of the action, you're an iron priest of swolehalla! Thanks so much for all of your help!

Bro, you are so spot on about how to do dumbbell flyes. If you're pushing real weight and you're worried about not bending your arms too much then your biceps will give out before your chest gets proper tension. I also agree with you about prioritizing incline. Great vid, your chest is MASSIVE.
