Seth, first thanks for all the videos. I am fresh back to the gym. I watch your videos to help try to get a good program that works for me. I've never been able to get my rear dealt to feel like its working. After watching this video, I did a few of these workouts today at the gym. The short range of motion in the bent over rear delt raises made me feel that muscle work. Again thank you guys for all you do.

I have tried your version of face pulls. I feel it a lot too. The wife loves it as well. She has some labrum issues (torn) this feels good on it she said. I mix it up and add in the standing face pull at the end kind of like a superset and do a cluster with it at the end. Really helped develop mine for my first stage appearance. Gotta prioritize the weak links!!

I've recently started putting more emphasis on my shoulders in the past 3 months and a half and putting an extra focus on rear delts. Definitely gonna add this in. My shoulders have been getting all around bigger with the 3d look. This is definitely gonna add in some extra mass. When I get in the zone I don't want to stop working out no matter the pain. I've grown to love working out envisioning how much better my physique will be than it already does. Everyone keeps asking me if I'm a bodybuilder wherever I go and look at me differently. I definitely stand out. Girls check me out a lot. But I do it for me cause I love working out and it brings discipline.
