I love it how this feels like a perfect presentation from begin to end 10/10 everything is so clear
That “rope head pull” variation is pure GOLD! I tried it and it kills your rear delts. Definitely thinking outside the box pays off.
Thanks Seth, I've been at it for 35+ years and always learning!
My kind of guy! No bullshit, direct, honest, swear lots, and full of positive energy!
DAMN! The most comprehensive compilation ever for 1/3 of the deltoid. At 61 I’m still learning new tricks even having been a strength coach much of my life. Love all your videos but this one.....DAMN, takes the whole bakery!
Seth, first thanks for all the videos. I am fresh back to the gym. I watch your videos to help try to get a good program that works for me. I've never been able to get my rear dealt to feel like its working. After watching this video, I did a few of these workouts today at the gym. The short range of motion in the bent over rear delt raises made me feel that muscle work. Again thank you guys for all you do.
Always great info from Seth, by far he is the best on KZread for explaining and demonstrating in detail. HWMF for life.
This is the damn best rear delt info I've ever seen.. I watched and took all my notes :) Thanks a bunch Seth.:)😎
Love your show, learning so much and using your technique in my routine.
Thank God you are still doing training videos.
You are a legend Seth. Thanks for providing me that extra motivation to push through those extra sets while doing home workouts in Covid lockdowns. Your videos are the background to my workouts.
LOVE the whiteboard sessions! Waiting on the back session 🔥
This workout has been a game changer for my delts. Thanks!
Very helpful video. I have completely flat rear delts and big front delts so now I know how to target rear delts with dumbells. Thanks Seth.
Booom! Now i have a really nice amount of exercises that i can incorporate into my shoulder and back training! thanks for this top pic :D
Hell yeah! Finally a training video!

Seth, holy smokes. You maybe just over the last few days became my favorite person to follow for bodybuilding training advice. Your the best man thanks for these. I can’t believe I’ve been training for two decades, been in three competitions (amateur, NPC physique) and I’ve not done some of these rear delt exercises before. Can’t wait to try these out. 👍👍👍👍
Love these! Keep up the good work Seth 💪🏾
beautiful content seth. nuff respect . one love man
lovely video! very good variation on the rear delts!
Great video. Thank you.
I have tried your version of face pulls. I feel it a lot too. The wife loves it as well. She has some labrum issues (torn) this feels good on it she said. I mix it up and add in the standing face pull at the end kind of like a superset and do a cluster with it at the end. Really helped develop mine for my first stage appearance. Gotta prioritize the weak links!!
Love it thanks . Been making mistake will start doing this .
You guys are great. Learned a lot.
thanks alot man.... every exercise is now clear for me....
Can't forget about the rear delts lol. That's why it is good to start with them first
Hell yeah seth! I missed these
Your version of face pulls is the best one. I've never felt this much tension on the rear delts
About time another workout video 😉

Can you show more poses so when I'm flexing blood into the muscles I know the best and different ways to build that pump? Again I appreciate all the tips and moves you throw out there for us. Thank you!

Great video Seth I definitely needed some rear delt tips
Great knowledge. Thank you
Oh my God just tried that face down face pull magical felt it right away
Best ever! Thanks, Seth!!
Thanks gentleman very informative 💪
First, great to focus on the rears, second fantastic explanation.
I've recently started putting more emphasis on my shoulders in the past 3 months and a half and putting an extra focus on rear delts. Definitely gonna add this in. My shoulders have been getting all around bigger with the 3d look. This is definitely gonna add in some extra mass. When I get in the zone I don't want to stop working out no matter the pain. I've grown to love working out envisioning how much better my physique will be than it already does. Everyone keeps asking me if I'm a bodybuilder wherever I go and look at me differently. I definitely stand out. Girls check me out a lot. But I do it for me cause I love working out and it brings discipline.
