Rory Linkletter - Speed Workout

After running two marathons and a half marathon within 12 weeks, Rory is back on the track. In December, Rory left NAZ Elite and teamed up with 2 x marathon Olympian and American record holder Ryan Hall while working part time with Streamline Athletes - a fast growing college recruitment company. If you are a high school track and field athlete looking to get recruited in college visit Streamline Athletes at the following link: pages.streamlineathletes.com/...
Since being coached by Ryan, Rory broke the Canadian half marathon record with a 1:01:08 finish at the Houston Half marathon in January and just 3 days prior to this workout Rory raced his first mile on the track since 2019 at the NAU indoor meet and ran a killer 4:07 which converts to a 3:58 at sea level. Here's to an exciting spring for Rory Linkletter.
The workout: 3 sets of (600m, 400m, 200m), 1 set of (400m, 300m, 200m, 100m)

💪🏼💪🏼 would like to see Matt Fox, who has big muscles for a runner, do an arm wrestling match against Ryan Hall, who now has big muscles after all his lifting. Who would win?
