Great session! Nice little tour around my old Uni too 😂
Tom Mortimer would probably be someone good to do a video with if you’re still in the UK. Very promising talent who ran a 7:38 3k earlier this year
Sweat elite is killing the game love the videos guys
Love having Matt over in the UK. Should link up with the jogging podcast, 3 quality lads and runners 🏃♂️

The Jogging Podcast or Inside Jogging Podcast??
Appreciate your time filming the Elites here in the UK, Matt. All the best in Telford, I've heard it's fast 🚀
Just the best KZread running channel around. Great video
How long are you in the UK for Matt? Should try and get a video of some of the triathletes in Yorkshire/Loughborough where they all train! Plenty of athletes there and would make a great video with some class runners like Alex Yee etc.
Pleased to see you're in the UK Matt. Hope you're enjoying the weather! I did a session that morning on the other side of London on a semi frozen track. Tomorrow looks like another freezing morning too but hopefully the track will be frost free.
Quality seeing the British lads on the channel!
What a great bunch of lads.
Jack Rowe is a Smooth Operator
Two of my favorite Sweat Elite Videos in one week; first Jake Smith & second Jack Rowe
Yes boys 💪🏼
I’ll be at the euros this weekend. Looking forward to it and wishing jack the best. When is the sweat elite video with the ingebretstein’s?
That 3rd kilo was impressive! I saw the workout and thought they must’ve been shooting for tempo/threshold for the Ks
Beautiful video, vlog are powerful, real life experience.
Foot slapping surprisingly audible. I make the same noise when I run but always thought it was a negative.
Great to see the start of some Sweat Elite content featuring UK athletes. Would be very interesting to see if you can encourage any of our top notch rugby wingers to allow you to cover their speed training. A trip down to Gloucester to film Jonny May and Louis Rees-Zammit would be unreal!
Top lads 🙌
Great very good motivation ,from California
Good to see one of them using the adidas SL20 in this workout! Rare to see such fast runners use these more normal shoes 😅
USF represent!! #USFAlumn
where did he place at the euros? isnt 5 days too short time b4 the race?
What is the rest time between each round and the rest time between sets
5km workout and Body posture video plz..
Cuánto hay de descanso en cada repetición?
You should do a workout with Darragh McElhinney
maybe i missed it, but is he running u23 or senior?
Excelente, algún día correré a esa velocidad jaja
Love it that they're wearing trainers. I get crap for making my athletes wear trainers during most track sessions. #vindicated.
great video but i'm not going to lie, i had some trouble understanding what they were saying 😂 especially zak
I did not find jack Rowe on strava…

I'm sure that the effort was there, but they didn't look, like 2:36/km.
