I've experienced everything Mike explained over the years. When I was younger as a child to my early 20's I naturally had issues coping with anger. My first few cycles was really eye opening, more so when people were nervous to even go out with you to clubs or bars even if you were not drinking. The first time I was on Tren/Test/A50's, I lost my mind because a microwave didnt shut and I turn and walked into the door. I ripped that overhead microwave straight outta the wall and threw it cross the room, punched the fuck out of a big bowl of fruit that didnt even have it coming, punted a trash can across the kitchen, then had a massive manic crying/laughing fit while strangling the rest of the bananas that didn't get punched. Strangely enough my rage was normally with inanimate objects and not people. My g/f at the time was there showering during the incident, she came out asking wtf is going on, if I am ok, the only thing I could remember doing was making a frown to her and told her I was sad. After that, I didnt touch tren for about 10 years. It's not for me. And fuck those bananas and that microwave.

Mike's way of dealing with thoughts on gear are 100% how I was taught by therapists to deal with OCD thoughts. Learn how to recognize an OCD thought, accept it, file it, don't turn it into an action and move on. Really good advice there.

I love that yall made video on the mental side of stuff. I can control myself but only learned how to separate thoughts, feelings and actions from using hard drugs for years and trying to hide the addiction. On the plus side I can do non “street drugs” while controlling my anger and frustration.

I am gonna talk about my personnal experience... Suicidal since ages, dumb af, angry at everyone and always ready to go stupid was how i was before trying gear for the first time. Anavar already made me feel a little bit better. But when i started T500, my life changed. When you are suicidal and feel lile you are just a piece of sh*t, youve got nothing to lose and that makes you dangerous. But when you have self esteem like on T... dude... even Tren didnt make me go nuts. I was so zen that i could handle every situations. One of my friend started yelling bullshit in front of my face and hes not even a guy who takes gear and i completely zenned out. That was right after my injections. I didnt even have 1 single bad thought. Everything he said fell like tetris parts and it lined up so well that i found a solution to what he said quicker than i ever had in the past. The guy humbled out so fast and said, wow thats true, you are right this would work! Im usually bad at counting or handling yelling, but even since i did my pct and my T got over 300ng/dl, this whole mood swing thing and lacl of self esteem is history. And to think i built muscle with low T... The cycle made me bulky af 😂 All the health markers are good and ill be ready for another bulk after another 3 month cut (which im now halfay through: total 6 month cut with a maintenance of 2 weeks inbetween)

Excellent video. I think more than anything as a natural what I took from this is it is so important regardless of if you’re drugged recreationally or on PED’s or under the influence of anything or even not under the influence of anything at all… seeking professional help is always an option when the brain is only just coping all the time and feels sad but also introspection and understanding what your limits are and what your brain can and can’t take is so important in life especially for your mental health.

I always had good control over my temper on Tren. My problem was the horrible realistic nightmares of sick stuff and darkest thoughts. And an insane sex drive. I stopped 4 weeks in on tren ace. I couldn’t handle the realistic twisted nightmares.

I remember some dude in Instagram got upset that I stated some people bulk dirty, and that for some it’s an option to build some muscle. And the dude went off over one statement and proceeded to go on about how going 4 years at a gym is considered to be a noob lifter, and that until I hit 10 years is when I’m intermediate. What baffled me completely is how many people backed him up, but I know deep down he was probably going through some roid rage.

When a person is putting in the serious effort to improve themselves, being around people who are seemingly “in the way” by failing to “do their part” (in any area whatsoever), can lead to misconduct if we don’t watch out actions. Simply driving across town to get from Point A to Point B when a driver two cars ahead cannot figure out what to do on a “left turn green arrow” even though they have their left turn signal on and the way is clear… I’m really glad that I’m not on any gear! Like it or not, human beings are a mighty mess at most times and in most places. Being able to mediate our impulses is a skill that takes a lifetime for some of us!!

“I’m going to let the world know how I feel” is some deep rooted narcissistic behaviour. It’s the school shooter mentality that makes them feel the world owes them something. The world owes you nothing. Be civilised. You probably shouldn’t take gear. And if you do, that’s fine too, just don’t make life difficult for other people. 16:40

I have too many violent thoughts happening to me for no reason at all (random) or about my past etc. (Then im stuck into a dark zone ..) And i feel absolutely awful about it, im just having a terrible time in my head, in life... just like you said. I plan on seeing a therapist or psy about that stuff and other stuff as well. Anyway, i like your channel a lot man and i think your advices will def. Help me out and make me grow as a person. But i have to put effort and actually do it. Have a good one buddy and thank you.

Super interesting video, a lot of the described thoughts and visualizations brought up here reminds me very much of intrusive thoughts. I’ve had to deal with OCD and the experience of not trusting these thoughts as your own is almost oddly familiar from that same mental health context. Also extra reinforcement that I will never consider steroids personally lol.

The advice to recognise your own impaired mental state reminds me of occasions when I (female) was super annoyed or aggravated for some reason, taking stuff personally, then realized I'd started my period. Instantly, I reframed those feelings as "real, but not true", and it was easier to move past them.
