Oh my INTENSE 😮😮 Normally do sets with heavy weights.This was a killer and my arms are pumped.Will definitely do again,. Thank you Zac. Please keep them coming x

Hi! This is great but I can’t bend over at the waist for neck and hip issues. Do you have any options for those moves?
I am 54 years lady. Should I do this workout because I have frozen shoulder..I have started your leg exercises...it is very effective.thanks a lot.

Well, didn't last long with the 5 pounds weight I have. Had to use can diced tomato instead. It was still a killer arm workout.

Hi Zach, I weigh 147 pounds and I started doing this workout with around 9 pounds dumbbells each for more intensity but i end up taking 20 secs break after every 2-3 exercises, should I continue like this or I gotta lower weights and follow no breaks?
