OMG it was a killer! XD but it got finished so quickly, I was amazed.. lol. After the workout, I was standing, and my legs made me sit automatically! Loooollll Cool! 😁👌👍

Killer, loved this.Liove your workouts Zac. Hadn't seen any new ones for a while, glad to see you back.I can't understand why more people aren't doing them as they're always vso effective and I always feel the burn.Thankyoy 😄

Hello Zak, great workout as usual 👍👌 Need your advice pls, I'm a muslim & since it's the holy month of Ramadan we are fasting for around 15 hours a day. While I'm fasting I cant do any workouts, I usually do them at night, 4 hours after I break my fast; been advised that it's not good!!! So, do you you recommend what I'm doing or can you give my any better advice pls? Thank you so much for reading my message & for your advice in advance 😊🌺

Hi Mona, I would recommend doing the workouts after you break your fast. Because you are fasting just make sure you take lots of breaks/ rest period if needed and making sure you are staying hydrated with water. Hopefully that will help :)
