3 weeks before my first half marathon I fractured my tibia. Since I wasn’t able to put any weight on my leg I searched for leg and core workouts I could do from the floor and ran across Beauty and the Fit! Thank you Zach for these awesome videos and allowing me to still workout while injured! The arm workouts are fantastic too! I hope to be able to resume running soon, but will definitely continue to include your workouts in my training! 😊

Hi! So I workout most days but i just feel like my thighs aren't getting smaller but bigger. I feel I am bulking up rather than getting rid of the size of my legs and stomach. I don't do heavy weights but I feel like my arms/chest is also getting bigger. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I know eating has a HUGE part which I've started sorting out but it's so frustrating when I work really hard to get the body I want and it just doesn't seem to be happening -.- I've read up online that it could be because of my water intake, i might be drinking too much but overall that's all i think is wrong. I'm a mesomorph shape so i can burn it off quickly but it comes back on twice as fast and ugh its annoying haha, how can i workout less but maintain a weight? Thank you if you reply :))

Hi!! This is my favorite one of your exercises and I do it almost every other day! Thank you so much for creating it - it’s so hard to find inner and outer thigh exercises! I do have one question - do you know how many calories the whole workout burns?

I would do this 2-3x a week if you really want to focus on your thighs!

No its totally normally to feel it in your hips as well. Just a flexibility issue. It will get better in time :))
