I use to do this workout 2-4 times a week and it worked so well. I stopped for some reason and just went back to it. For some reason I’ve been doing this workout 2-3 times a week and It’s been way too much. I pulled a muscle in the arch of my left foot possibly sprain. I hope I heal so I can get back to this because it’s a wonderful work out. Has anyone had the same issue ?

Ya if tried just about every let video on u tube they are all pretty much the same but I happened to see your page and decided what the heck I'll give this one a try, I'm glad I did cause I finally found the right leg workout for me were i actually feel like I'm doing something I have big legs and I know it i keep up by summer time my legs should look almost as firm and toned as yours so ya thanks i recommend this let work out to any one who wants results

There are a lot of things 'off' about me, but balance is not one of them. Zachary, like the new hair, bro! I like listening and watching you but I'm bad on the exercise part! ha ha.........Ray
I hope that this workout will not bulk my legs...I lost weight everywhere but not my thighs, they're like jelly and I can still see cellulite 😐 and when I do squates or any other legs workouts they bulk instead of getting slim...and I am very careful about what I eat by the way.

I did not know that this was about listening to your life story or how you take selfies or which band you listen to when you were a kid. When exercising the focus should be on exercises, breathing, moves and concentration on the body parts that you’re working on. The exercise is good but I won’t come back here since the lecture is irrelevant and distracting.
