    SOOOO, I was falling asleep while doing schoolwork and I decided to look up a quick workout to wake me up...I did the routine, and let's just say I'm WIDE AWAKE! Great workout, I'll be doing it again!

    Cassey, I've been watching these videos (and doing them) since summer and yesterday I skyped my best friend whom I haven't seen since the beginning of summer break. She said I lost a lot of weight and looked slimmer and pretty. I just wanted to say thank you cassey. Because of you random people at my school have been calling me beautiful and I have never been complimented so much. Thank you sooooo much cassey for making these killer videos :)

    The grasshopper was my favorite exercise, because it really got my butt going. I am a dancer and that is one thing I find most teachers do not focus on when training dance students. It was great!

    this has helped me so much I was in ny for 2 months when I started doing this work out everyday night and day first thing when I came back to boston 2 days ago my family and friends said WOW your legs look TONED I was so happy now when I do this work our I do it with a big ass smile

    +Tnc874 You're probably not straight. More important that toes forward, try to make your knee and hip and shoulder are all in the same line... or maybe you have a foot issue and need some orthotics (corrective inner soles)

    Hey Cassey, I saw you on Dr. Oz and wanted to give your workout a try. I have NEVER liked pilates... I've always found it boring, but your version looked interesting (I can't workout unless its fun lol) I am a "Beach Body" Girl and am a Les Mills Combat Addict, but your workout worked all new muscles, its not for the weak lol Great job!

    Something I find that helps me in ballet is if I keep my hips squared to the front when taking my legs to the side and back. Also, while in back, make sure the leg goes directly behind you (in line with your shoulder). That helps with strengthening and balance :) I love the video!

    Injury has forced me into low-impact workouts but exercises like these prove that I can still feel tired, even without running miles. Thanks! One thing, though: why the cellulite hate? Even super slim, fit women have it so hating on it seems like a low blow to body image. We're given enough reasons to dislike our bodies, you know? Let's end this. Thanks again!

    That's how I felt at first too - but I came to really like her. She has a tendency to babytalk you, but is still very motivational. I suggest you give her a few other chances. She really does have awesome workouts!

    The goal is to create muscular calves regardless of the size. Some people have thicker or wider calves naturally and there is no way to make them smaller. However making them stronger will provide that nice calf muscle pop that dancers and athletes have!

    for the side kick, turning in your foot like she has it in the video works the side of your thigh and your butt, and if you want to work the top of your thigh and your hip flexor, turn your leg out so that the top of your foot is facing upwards.

    Speaking as someone who is also height conscious (5'2"/1.57 m) I have found that doing this exercise, along with stretching, has helped my posture and has at least made me FEEL taller. Theoretically doing pilates regularly will help you gain an inch or two (2.54- 5.08 cm), but only through regular sessions and stretching. I hope this helped :)
