    This was murder!! Lol. I tried this a week ago and couldn't finish it. Today I lowered my weight and success! If I had one suggestion, it would be that you speak to form a little bit. Especially on the squats. Love your energy! I couldn't have gotten through this without it! 🙏🏻💚

    They're saying that these microworkouts are the future of exercise. You can get more done in 10 mins than you can in 1 hour depending on your technique and intensity. Love this workout.

    Phew! Can barely type! Haven't worked out in few weeks so that was a good one. For me personally,, I don't want to lose weight as I am too thin, so I had a negative tendency to worry when watching the calorie burner. I also prefer your workouts where I don't notice the clock.I am a lazy chick at heart, so any excuse to not concentrate ..... Fab work out darlink

    Wow...thought. I'd be a tough guy and start with 10 pounders...WRONG!!!!! Had to switch to 5 pounders before half way mark...then they seemed too heavy...made it...now I'll go cry. Thanks Zachery

    Everyone is different in how their body responds but usually not. Muscle growth and definition not only takes into account the weight you're using but also your diet.

    HASfit WOW thanks for the Priority Express mail reply! I've lost 70lbs in the last year 240-170lb doing cardio diet and the hasfit beginner strength training full body 15 min workout usually 30m about 4 days a week. Which I started around August. I have noticed great muscle growth in my back and some in my arm and chest I've been using 10lb dumbells it's all I have. I'm just wondering if I'm wasting my time still using 10lb or if I should buy heavier set and how heavy? I have been drinking whey protein last 3 months. I don't really want to have Huge Muscles just a decent defined maybe like surfer type something that doesn't take alot to maintain? THANKS!
