    When I was a small child, I loved to watch Mr Rogers. He spoke directly to children as if we mattered and were important. He encouraged us through his program and made us each feel special. You are the over-50's-women's-healthy version of Mr. Rogers. It took me a long time to figure out what was familiar about you and your style of encouragement and kindness. Thank you so much for all you do. It matters more than you could ever know. You are wonderful.

    Thank you for the fabulous videos. My wife and I have been working out with these everyday for over three months now. The 15-minute stretch above has helped my wife so much and almost eradicated her SI issues. She is SO happy to be almost free of the pain she has been suffering with for many years now.     I started doing the 10 minute ab workout 3 months ago, and have stuck with it. My belly is gradually shrinking, and I am standing straighter and feeling more energetic all day. Thanks for creating a workout that is managable, pleasurable, and produces results.

    This is my favorite stretch video! I improve a little more each time I do this video. I started doing one of your videos 3 times a week for a couple of months and now I’m doing 45 minutes a day. I do a 30 minute cardio workout followed by alternating 15 minutes of weights and 15 minutes stretching. Can’t believe how great I’m feeling!

    Last 1 of my Day 11~ Thankfully was able to do the other three vids well in time before the family thanksgiving zoom( on which I spared everyone pokes about the history of it all...). Wonderful unique stretches in this one! One thing I am not close to being able to do: Those backwards- wrist things!!!     I'm so glad I found you! I've searched and searched KZread and always quit because of some reason or other. This is the PERFECT stretch routine for me. I can't do all the moves as flexible as you but each day I get up and even if I'm sore and stiff, I do it anyway and feel better afterwards.     Loved the stretches today but have problems with the wrist exercises, specifically turning them out. Love your encouraging words and am committed to your exercise program. I'm getting more flexible.

    I started with giving myself 5 minutes, then 8, and today a 15 minutes stretch. i do believe being kind to yourself is necessary and empowering. As you feel better, you pass it onto those around you! Thank you for another beautiful start to what I believe will be a good day!

    I listened too many years in my marriage that I'm clumsy, slow, socially clumsy, too, and watching me dance is horrible and listening me singing is horrible, too (sounds like dogs howling). Somehow I got the courage to leave and started take care of myself (exercising a lot with help of Fabulous50s channel!) and and look at me now: exercising, singing, dancing, travelling, learning new, enjoying live music, making friends. Feels like having colours back in my life 🥰 Everybody's beautiful, it's so important to forget what other people have told you and be the extraordinary you 💖

    What s beautiful story! I know how you feel / felt..I don't have the courage ( or finances) to leave but I have changed. my life quite a bit, in my 60 s started studying again, have a new career, new interests and am pretty impervious to criticism, goes in one ear and out the other now because I know I have worth and am doing what I Iove to help children ...let him.rant who cares! I'm very happy for you, brava!

    I’m so proud of myself today! I didn’t think I would be able to do many of these stretches, especially the ones on my knees. Well I used my yoga mat to place my knees on and guess what no pain in my knees. Totally enjoyed this video, I can’t wait to improve my stretching! Thank you so very much!

    Just recently discovered this great stretching video. I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders and lately I have been in a lot of pain no matter what I do. The weather is cold here in NJ right now and I am thinking that might be the cause. But I do a lot of knitting and am in front of a computer week days. I am going to try to do your three stretching videos every day. Thank you!

    This is a wonderful stretch; however, I needed to use a pillow for the parts on the knees as my poor old knees could not stand the pressure of being on them for this length of time so I adjusted using the pillow and I stood while you were kneeling. It's all about modifying and I felt all parts of my body being stretched in this one! Thanks Schellea!

    I love your stretches always feel better afterwards and your voice is do soothing and relaxing. The only thing with these steering exercises is I can't bend my hands back it hurts too much, it looks like you're double jointed! But I just just keep my hands forward and do a few more rocking front to back that way.😘 Thanks again for ALL your wonderful workouts. 💕💕💕

    Your stretch exercises are compassionate to one’s body-marvelous self-love!!🌹 Your exercises are the only ones that don’t over power one who needs to get back into toning and activating our muscle memory.     One of the exercises in this video makes me feel like pinwheel. That free flowing and moving naturally! Let’s see knee on floor with one arm reaching sideways transitioning to the other side with arm in front of knee. It is moving toward spring time where I live and I am excited about feeling fabulous on most days!
