Do Tai Chi to Improve Balance Every Day. These Gentle Stretches in 10 minutes can be done seated or standing as a standalone routine or as a warm-up before your workouts. The slow movements of Tai Chi engage your muscles and improve coordination, balance and flexibility, while also relieving stress and anxiety.
Tai Chi, an ancient Chinese martial art that combines gentle physical movement, breath control, and meditation. Tai Chi is a weight-bearing exercise that engages various muscle groups which is essential for daily activities and overall mobility.
This stretching session is versatile. You can do these exercises every day - it can be used as a warm up or cooldown to any yes2next workout or a gentle workout by itself.

    Many thanks! I've been sidelined with 3 spontaneous fracture due to osteoporosis & medical neglect. Your format is wonderful, especially with you Mom seated to demonstrate. Made me feel alive again & hopeful to be free of my walker. (Was in wheelchair prior) I practiced novice Tai Chi years ago. Your instructions are easy to follow on video!

    Just starting out with tai chi due to pain. I enjoy your videos. Calming voice, explains well therefore I don’t get frustrated. Thank you. I wonder if you could do some more videos on tai chi. Again, thank you Mostly, I appreciate seeing your mom sitting and able to do the moves (in all videos) therefore allowing me a choice for that day!

    Working with horses can make you very stiff. A good session of Tai Chi does not strain but loosens everything up with out injury. Loved this session. Now on my 'to do' list every day!! Thank you ❤
