    It was a great workout! 💜I would love next a forearm workout for larger/thicker forearms ,mine are a bit skinny.

    Hi Zach thanks for another great workout keeping me sane in the UK during our third Covid lockdown! I'm hoping you do actually use your oven to cook nice healthy meals as I noticed the timer doesn't appear to be on!

    Hi Kathy! That is awesome to hear! Keep up the great work and I would recommend doing this workout 2 to 3x a week if your focus is on your upper body :)
