Here's quick chest routine to try at home or the gym! #shorts
1. Floor Press: 3x10 reps
2. Close Grip Press: 3x15 reps
3. Chest Front Raises: 3x10 reps
4. Raised Push Ups: 3x15 reps

These exercises won’t do anything without proper nutrition and eating at a calorie deficit if trying to lose weight!

For the front raises you should do each arm separately. Focus on slow control on the decline and you'll feel your pec being worked way more. It's better to do these exercises with lighter weights that you can control and focus more on the movement and form.

Noe your chest?
Those front raises would work front delt and arms more than chest. The reason they work for chest with cables is because the tension pulls back, against your chest, not down.

It’s better if you swing em more to your opposite shoulder, so it work the pec of the arm your swinging instead of straight forward. So yea you’re right

If not lying down then at least wide at the bottom to narrow at the top, still nearly all shoulder though

The chest front raise exercise is actually a shoulder exercise...

Bro the chest front raises wont work since gravity is pulling down and your just getting front delt activation if you wanna do chest raises use a cable

Yeah any workout that puts pressure or tension in a certain area will not only burn fat at that area, but will also increase how much fat you burn while not working out there because since those muscles need more energy and nutrients to repair, the body use up more calories and stored fat to aid it. Obviously you have to be doing cardio, or HIIT cardio(high intensity interval training) which is better, and will help make more progress 💪

You can't spot reduce fat. If you want to lose that chest fat you either need to cut but you'd be losing fat equally around your body not just your chest, or you can go on a calorie maintenance so you keep your physic while turning that fat into muscle in a body recomposition.
whenever i do floor press / close grip press i didn't feel the contraction on my chest muscles, but i feel my triceps are burning, where did i go wrong 🤦♂️

Increasing weights isn't always the answer, reps probably. As long as you can feel the burn in wherever you're working it, its how it should be
are these exercises both for lower and upper chest
