Sometimes the only fitness equipment available with us is a pair of dumbbells. However, people do not understand what all they can do ad they are used to using multiple types of equipment in the gym to train the different muscle groups.
It is very much possible to do an effective workout session with a pair of dumbbell and we can perform various exercises for the entire body and muscles.
I have explained the 12 best upper body exercises in this video. The exercises are for all upper body muscles which include chest, back, shoulders, and arms as well as the core.

Good video for learning! I had only dumbells at home, always used to do only arm curls. But I never saw any gains, may be I have not understood importance of intensity and consistency. If I could more tips on intensity and consistency, will be grateful.

brother try not to raise your neck while doing exercise keep your neck free or lose dont make any kind of pressure on neck or it will be injured and neck pain take 5-6 days to heal so take care@@mayyurparanjpe4186

Caused by inflammation. Use turmeric and ginger for faster recovery. What I use is 1/2 tsp of turmeric in your morning or evening meal in milk. Make a ginger/lemon tea after your workout every morning. 1 full fresh lemon squeeze, 1/2 tsp of ginger powder, 1 teaspoon of honey in hot water. I'm 58 years old and I work out 6 days a week..good luck.
